I bring more than 15 years of experience in leadership, international consulting, financial services, and digital transformation. I know the pressures of high-stakes environments, the complexity of transitions, and the challenge of reinventing oneself – not just professionally, but personally.

Born in Russia, growing up in Germany, working in France, and now based in Switzerland, I coach in English, German and French. Born in St. Petersburg in 1987 and raised across borders, my early life was defined by movement. Navigating different cultures at a young age taught me that adaptability is not just a skill, but a mindset. This foundation allows me to build bridges, find clarity in unfamiliar environments, and lead with a global perspective.

Global Leadership & Change: Leading Customer Experience and Transformation for BNP Paribas, AXA Group, and Generali, I worked across 25+ countries. This era refined my understanding of large-scale systems, human behavior, and the mechanics of global change.
